Receive acceptance documentation
If your application is successful the College will send you an International Admissions Document (offer letter) confirming your acceptance for the course and itemising the cost of tuition fees and living expenses. Please note that the quotation for living expenses is a recommendation only. Students who stay with friends or relatives can often live comfortably on much less. In some cases the offer letter might state further conditions before you can be accepted on a course and we would ask you to fulfil these at your earliest convenience.
Pay your tuition fees
Once you have received your acceptance documentation you can start making arrangements for your tuition fees to be sent to the College. You have the opportunity to pay your fees via bank transfer or use the College student payment system. To pay your fees online please click here.
Receive your Visa Application Document
When your tuition fees have been paid and there are no further conditions to be fulfilled, the College will provide you with a CAS (Certificate of Acceptance for Studies) statement (if required), which you will need to present to the British Embassy overseas before entering the UK. If you do not need a visa to enter the UK, the College will provide you with an unconditional acceptance letter by email.
Obtain your Student Visa (if required)
Applicants from some countries are required to obtain a visa from their local British Embassy prior to travelling to the UK. For detailed information on the visa application procedure and the documents that you will need to submit please vist the website of the UK Border Agency. http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/visas-immigration/studying/
Please note that if you are refused entry to the UK by the British authorities, your tuition fees will be refunded within 21 working days, apart from the registration fee of £75.
